The Coastline Contractors VIP Lounge features a private bar for VIP guests in an exclusive, spacious area with comfortable lounge seating, private performer meet and greets, themed table decor, preferred stage viewing, and more. If you're looking for an elevated experience, get your VIP passes (limited quantities available) or reserve your private table now. Space is limited in this area and may sell out.

This is a soiree, so dress to impress in elevated island-inspired attire—flowy dresses, bold prints, bright colors, linen suits, and chic resort wear. Mix in some Disco vibes with sparkly accents, fun glasses, and more! And remember, this is an indoor/outdoor event, so please dress accordingly.

Our silent auction will open at least 5 days prior to the event, allowing you to browse the incredible items on this year's roster from our online platform. Please note that many items, including all live auction items, are available for in-person attendee bidding only. Follow our Facebook event page for exclusive info, item highlights, and auction opening announcements. We'll also have details here on the site the week before the event...so check back! (General Admission tickets do NOT include access to live auction bidding.)

The buffet dinner allows you to build your plate, your way...when you're ready for it! The buffet line will be open to everyone from 7PM - 8PM, with early access for our VIP pass holders starting at 6:30PM.

The buffet will include multiple meat choices, side dishes, and salad options to fit a variety of dietary needs. Plus, all guests will have access to the sweet treat bar sponsored by Graham Good Confections. 

Buffet dinner is not available with General Admission tickets. 

We've heard your feedback and know that you want to dance! Our Afterglow Dance Party will begin after the auction closes. All attendees are invited to stay at the venue and dance the night away on the dancefloor with DJ Maina B playing your favorite tunes...song requests welcome!

Absolutely! There is plenty of space for friends at Motorworks. We encourage you to invite out your whole crew...but snag your tickets early if you want VIP...they WILL sell out! 

Yes! To ensure your whole crew is at the table, reserve a private table for your group of 4, 6, or 8 people. This guarantees private seating for custom group sizes and includes VIP passes for all of your guests. 

Seating assignments are not available for Party Deck Passes or Individual VIP Passes, although these sections will be reserved for paying guests of our event.

Our Family Sponsors are key supporters at our event. Family Sponsorships are a way to put your support of the children, teachers, and families of Stewart Elementary in the spotlight with your family name recognized in many places both online and in-person at the event. All family sponsorships include VIP passes and access to the Coastline Contractors VIP Lounge and Private Bar, and private, reserved tables for parties of 4+.

Pull up...literally! All VIP and Party Deck Passholders will receive a complimentary VIP parking pass in your confirmation email along with your entry info. Show the pass to the valet team when you pull up and they'll take it from there. You will receive a valet number to retrieve your vehicle at the end of the night from their team. Valet parking is not included with General Admission tickets.
